Biography
- Mark Baines is the director of education for the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association—an organization that offers a comprehensive certification program for health and fitness professionals involved in personal training, sports conditioning, yoga, Pilates, integrative fitness, and life coaching. He holds certifications from both NSCA and NASM. Among his professional endeavors, he also teaches fitness business development seminars.
