Fit Over Fifty provides a series of eight relatively brief proven workouts that are easy to follow and fun to perform. Featuring eight separate videos in the renowned video “Fit Over Fifty” video series—30-minute Assisted Stretch; Total-Body Stretch; Lite and Easy Aerobic Workout; Step Workout; Stability Ball Workout; Balance Workout; Muscular-Conditioning Workout; and The Bottom Line Workout, the DVD enables exercisers to mix and match the various workouts to meet their needs and interests.

Biography
- Joy Prouty has been actively involved in the fitness industry for over 30 years. A former Radio City Music Hall Rockette, she specializes in fitness programming and efforts that focus on the 50-plus market. She is certified as a Health/Fitness Director by the American College of Sports Medicine and has also earned certifications from ACE and AFAA.
- Josie Gardiner is a former ballet dancer, with over 25 years of teaching experience as a fitness instructor. Renowned for expertise with the 50-plus market and for her creative dance style, she consults on senior programs all over the world. She is certified by ACSM, ACE, and AFAA.
